I'm Disappointed With The Service Provided By SHEIN

I recently made a purchase from SHEIN, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. I ordered a smartphone, and despite the website claiming fast delivery, it took much longer than expected for the item to arrive. Additionally, when the package finally arrived, the smartphone was not in the condition described on the website. It had scratches on the screen, and some of the features were not working properly. I contacted customer service to address these issues, but I found their response to be slow and unhelpful. It took several attempts to get a response, and even then, they were unwilling to provide a satisfactory solution or offer a refund for the defective product.
