I'm very unhappy with a recent SHEIN order. The product arrived with a tear, which is quite disappointing considering SHEIN's reputation for quality. After eagerly anticipating the arrival of this item for weeks, I was disappointed to find that it had been damaged during transit.

The lack of quality control at SHEIN is absolutely unacceptable. They sent a damaged product without bothering to inspect it, completely betraying the trust of their customers. This level of service does not meet my expectations for a well-known brand.
