I Face iCloud Login Issues After Service and Can’t Track My Shein Order Delivery
I had to send my phone for service recently, and it was reset to factory settings. After the reset, I logged back in using my iCloud account, but now I’m having trouble accessing it again. To make things worse, I had a pending order from Shein, and since I’ve lost access to the phone and can’t recall the tracking number, I have no idea where my package is.
The estimated delivery window was between July 12 and July 22, but I haven’t received any shipping notification or update since then. I’m wondering: will Shein send an SMS once the order is shipped? So far, nothing has arrived. If I could at least know which shipping company Shein uses in Turkey, I could visit the local branch and check if there’s a package under my name.
This situation is stressful, and the lack of support or clear information from Shein is unacceptable. I need urgent help to recover my tracking details or at least know how to locate my shipment. Please respond promptly and let me know which courier service you’re working with and whether I’ll receive a notification when the order is dispatched.
