Unauthorised Amount Debited On My Account So I Need Refund

I am writing regarding an unauthorized debit made in the name of ShareChat from my Axis Bank account. On 20.09.2026 I installed the ShareChat app and the app requested a payment of ₹1. I paid this amount and I also turned off the auto‑pay option in the app settings. Later I uninstalled the application. Despite this, today I received an SMS from Axis Bank that ₹499 has been debited from my account for ShareChat. I did not authorize any subscription or further payment of ₹499, and I did not receive any clear information that such an amount would be charged after paying ₹1. I request that the ₹499 debited from my Axis Bank account in the name of ShareChat be fully refunded and that any related subscription or auto‑debit linked to my account be cancelled immediately. I also request written confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent.
