I Was Charged ₹699 by ShareChat via Paytm Without Authorization
On 15 September 2026, an amount of 699 ₹ was deducted from my Paytm/State Bank of India account for a Sharechat autopay/subscription without my permission. I did not authorize this payment and moreover the related subscription is not even visible in my Sharechat ID. Because the subscription does not appear in my account, I cannot manage or cancel it from my side and I have no clear information about what I was charged for. This situation is causing both financial and security concerns, as it looks like an unauthorized transaction. I request that Sharechat immediately investigate this unauthorized payment, cancel any active autopay or hidden subscription linked to my account and issue a full refund of 699 ₹ to my original payment method as soon as possible.
