ShareChat Auto-Debited ₹699 Without My Authorization
On 1 September, an amount of ₹699 was auto-debited from my bank account for Sharechat without my knowledge or consent. I only noticed this transaction later, and since then I have been very distressed for the past 15 days. I am a mother of two babies and this unexpected deduction has put me under serious financial and emotional strain. I did not authorise any such auto-debit, subscription or recurring payment to Sharechat, and I do not understand why this money was taken from my account. I kindly request that the ₹699 amount be fully refunded to my bank account and that any auto-debit or recurring payment linked to my Sharechat usage be immediately cancelled so that this does not happen again. I am sharing the bank proof of the ₹699 debit and ask you to please treat this matter as urgent and help resolve it as soon as possible.
