Share Chat Autopay Cancel Request

I have a Bank of Baroda account that has been linked to an Autopay for the ShareChat app by mistake. I did not intend to keep this Autopay active, and I want it to be cancelled immediately. Recently an amount of Rs. 499 was debited from my account for this service, and when I contacted Bank of Baroda customer service they confirmed that the Autopay is active, but told me they cannot cancel it and that I should complain through the ShareChat app. I find it unacceptable that my bank can allow an Autopay to remain active but says they cannot help me cancel it. My clear request is that this Autopay/mandate related to the ShareChat app be cancelled permanently and all future automatic payments from my Bank of Baroda account be stopped. I request that the responsible party urgently deactivate this Autopay so that no more money is deducted from my account without my express consent.
