Astro ₹699 Auto-Debit After ₹1 Trial Despite Subscription Cancellation

I had activated a ₹1 trial offer for Astro service through UPI, expecting it to be a one‑time trial. However, after this ₹1 trial, a subscription was started without my clear consent and ₹699 was deducted from my account on 12 October 2026 as an automatic payment. When I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription so that no further money would be deducted. Despite the cancellation, I am very uncomfortable that such a high amount was taken after a ₹1 trial and that it turned into an unwanted subscription. I request that the ₹699 taken from my account be fully refunded and that any active or future subscriptions linked to this Astro trial be completely cancelled so that no further deductions are made from my UPI account.
