ShareChat ₹699 UPI Subscription Charge Not Refunded

On 29 September, an amount of ₹699 was deducted from my account via UPI for a ShareChat subscription. I did not receive any refund for this payment, even though the automatic payment has been shown as cancelled in my Paytm transaction screen. I could not reach any helpful response from ShareChat support regarding this deduction and refund. I request that my ₹699 be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible and that my subscription be cancelled so that no further amounts are deducted without my clear consent.
