ShareChat Charged ₹699 After Free Trial: Refund for Unauthorized Subscription Charge

I am writing regarding an unauthorized payment of ₹699 that was deducted from my bank account on 28 September 2026 for a Sharechat subscription that I had started only as a trial. I began the trial through the Sharechat Android application and was not clearly informed that the trial would end so soon or that a paid subscription would begin immediately afterward. There was no clear prior notification within the app or by email about the exact end of the trial period, nor was any explicit consent taken from me for this ₹699 charge on the very next day. Because of this lack of transparent notice and explicit confirmation, I consider this deduction to be unauthorized and misleading. After noticing the deduction, I contacted Sharechat support by email to request clarification and a resolution, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that the ₹699 taken for this subscription be fully refunded as soon as possible and that this situation be reviewed so that similar unexpected charges do not occur again for me or for other users.
