Be Cautious, No Way To Talk To A Real Person At Seven Corners

I finally decided to switch things up and try Seven Corners travel insurance after years with my old company. Big mistake! They promise you can always talk to a real person, but that wasn't my experience at all. everything was going great until I actually needed to use the insurance, of course. That's when things went south. They say they have your back, but getting ahold of someone to talk to about my claim was like pulling teeth. Emails took forever to get answered, and forget calling - I never seemed to get past the automated system! No updates, no explanations…eventually, I did get my money back, but it took way too long and way too much effort. Not exactly the peace of mind I hoped. Seven Corners is a definite no-go for me from now on. Sticking with my old company next time - at least I know what to expect, even if it's not perfect.
