Seven Corners Ruined Our Dublin Trip, Customer Service Disaster!

Major travel insurance fail on our Dublin trip! We went with Seven Corners, thinking they'd be awesome, but not so much. our trip got messed up, and getting help from them was a total nightmare. Forget "prompt assistance," it took forever and we were left totally confused the whole time. Their website? It was supposed to be user-friendly, but finding anything useful was impossible. They were supposed to be there to help, but honestly, they didn't seem to know much more than we did. Every call just added to the frustration. In the end, we got things sorted, but man, it was a whole ordeal. Seven Corners is definitely a "do not pass go" for future trips. We're sticking with a different company next time, that's for sure!
