Albana Sosa Has Not Returned My €1,240 Property Payment Refund

I made a payment of 1,240 euros by bank transfer to Albana Sosa company on 16 May 2026 for a house property with property number 665PA8X and contract / customer number 003461044090. Later, I requested a refund of this amount, but even though 21 days have passed, my refund has still not been returned and I have not received clear information. I contacted the company regarding the refund, but I have not received any response from them. I find it unacceptable that such a large amount is withheld without any explanation or feedback. I request that my full payment of 1,240 euros be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible and that I be informed in writing about the completion of this process.
