Samsung Z Flip 4 Screen Replacement Problem

While attempting to open my Samsung Z Flip 4 phone from a distance of about 10 cm, it unexpectedly fell back onto the table during a meeting. Surprisingly, the screen locked and got stuck halfway. There was no impact or any discernible damage, and the phone was placed on a secure surface. Despite this, comments from others suggested skepticism about spending so much money on such a phone. I never anticipated that the phone would become dysfunctional without even hitting the ground. I submitted the phone to the service center, emphasizing that there was no impact or user error involved. However, the service team claims that the inner screen is broken and requests payment of 10,350 ₺ for the repair. To break the inner screen, I would have had to subject the phone to extreme force, which did not happen in this case. I believe a reputable company like Samsung should recognize that this is not a user-induced problem. If necessary, I can provide statements from everyone present at the meeting, including the company CEO, confirming the circumstances. I kindly request a re-evaluation of the phone without charge and appreciate your prompt response regarding a free repair.
