Samsung TV Browser Functionality Declined, Can't Watch Videos!!

My TV is a Samsung model from 2021. I used to be able to watch videos on the Samsung browser, but I can't do that anymore. It's interesting that I can still use the same site on my Philips. When I called customer service and told them what was going on, they told me that Samsung might have broken the agreement. For what reason did you make and sell these devices if the deal was going to end? You should feel bad about yourself. You couldn't compete with Philips. Samsung has been a big disappointment.
