Samsung Phone Exchange with EasyCep in Turkey Delayed My Payment by Over Two Weeks

I’ve had a very frustrating time with Samsung's phone exchange program, which is run by EasyCep in Turkey. I bought something online from Samsung's website and sent my old phone to the company they told me to, thinking I'd get paid for it by the time they said. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't gotten the payment that was supposed to come in. Every year, I get the newest model, relying on Samsung’s program, but this experience has made me think twice about sticking with their service. Samsung, to keep your loyal customers, this process has to be dependable and smooth. I hope this gets sorted out quickly, but I'm a bit hesitant to use this exchange service again later on.

My name is Ceyda Alatay, and this is not my first complaint. I have called you many times, and you have reached out repeatedly, but since you have no control over EasyCep, you keep promising today or tomorrow, yet you still can't make the payment. I still haven't received my money. You definitely shouldn't do a phone exchange with this brand. They literally took my brand new phone without paying for it.

They made the payment after 15 days, but only after countless phone calls.
