The tip of the S Pen for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite broke during normal use, so I wanted to purchase an original replacement tip. My device is still very new, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I bought it from Amazon, and it is still under warranty. I checked platforms like Amazon and Trendyol to find an original tip, but I could only find non-original ones that are hard and uncomfortable to use, which makes writing difficult. So far, I have not contacted Samsung customer service or applied to a technical service center. I expect Samsung to assist me in obtaining an original S Pen tip and a replacement tool. I kindly request that my issue be resolved.
