I Received a Damaged Samsung Fridge but They Denied Replacement





On 03.04.2026, the store opened an installation request for the RT53DG7A14WWTR refrigerator that I purchased from the Samsung Piazza AVM store. The product was delivered by Ceva on 05.04.2026 and a delivery form was signed by me without the product being checked. On the same date, the Samsung authorized service that came for the installation checked the box before opening it and informed me that the product had "transportation" damage from a front that could not be seen by me when it was delivered. I requested that the service form be prepared and the installation not be done. Later, I contacted Samsung, but although the transportation damage was recorded by the service, they said that the product could not be replaced due to the signature I put on the Ceva form. When the product was delivered, Ceva employees only took photos from 3 sides. In other words, there is an ill-intentioned transaction. The Samsung Call Center also confirmed this situation. Before going to the Consumer Court, I am contacting you as a user who uses Samsung in all of its products in order to correct this situation. Note: All visuals are attached.
