Royal Match White Screen Error When Trying to Delete Account

I play the game Royal Match on my Samsung Galaxy S17 5G using my Google account. I want to permanently delete my account, so I go to the “Delete Account” section in the game settings. However, as soon as I tap that option, the screen turns completely white and nothing progresses.

I have tried the same process two or three times at different times, but each time I encounter the same white screen and the account deletion process never starts. I attempted to get help through in-game support and similar channels, but my issue was not resolved.

I no longer want to play the game, and I am also uncomfortable with the fact that progress in the game seems to depend heavily on making purchases. I request that my Royal Match account, which is linked to my Google account, be permanently deleted and that I receive clear confirmation once this has been completed.
