Royal Match Train Adventure Red Chest Didn't Give My Card
I play Royal Match using my Google account. I recently downloaded the game, and today, June 22, 2026, at around 4:05 a.m., I was playing the Train Adventure event when I did not receive the new card that I was supposed to get from the red chest I had earned. This issue was disappointing and immediately reduced my enthusiasm for the game.
I completed the requirements to earn the red chest in Train Adventure and expected to receive a new card as the reward. However, when I opened the chest, no new card was added to my account. I also wanted to report the problem through the game's support system, but the in-game Help feature was unavailable, so I had no way to contact customer support or report the issue directly.
As a new player, I kindly ask that the missing card from my Train Adventure red chest be credited to my account and that this apparent technical issue be investigated. I hope the developers can verify what happened and restore the reward I earned so I can continue enjoying the game.
