I have been playing Royal Match on my Android device for about three years. Recently, especially since the collection event started, I’ve been experiencing serious issues that have ruined the fun of the game. My team name is Ankaralılar, and my profile name is Zamıra.
For weeks, I have been trying to complete my collection, but I am still missing one final gold card. No matter how many events I play, I keep receiving the same duplicate gold cards, and the missing one never appears. Now, there are only two days left before the event ends, and I still cannot finish my collection.
On top of this, the latest levels have become excessively difficult. I have been stuck on the same stage for days. Even though I saved 250 stars and opened about 500 chests hoping to get the missing card, I cannot progress because I cannot clear the levels. This has completely destroyed my motivation and enjoyment of the game. Honestly, it has left me so frustrated that I am even considering deleting Royal Match.
I cannot access the in-game support system, and due to financial limitations, I am unable to make any in-game purchases. As a single mother of two young children with limited resources, I only want to complete the collection by playing fairly.
I kindly request that:
The difficulty of the levels be adjusted so that progression is possible without extreme frustration, and
The final missing gold card be granted so I can complete my collection.
