Air Maroc Ticket Name Change Issue Through Obilet

I purchased a ticket through the Obilet mobile app for an Air Maroc flight scheduled for October 10. I wanted to change the name on the ticket, but both Obilet customer service and my attempts through the mobile app indicated that name changes were not permitted. This has caused me considerable inconvenience.

I would like to change my ticket or update the passenger name. I request assistance with this matter and, if possible, ask that the name on my ticket be corrected.
