Unable to Create New Account on Rockstar Games Launcher for GTA 5

I downloaded GTA 5 yesterday, but I'm unable to create a new account on the Rockstar Games Launcher. I’ve tried everything—each time, it just throws me onto a black screen. This issue persists on both PC and Android, and even after trying a different PC, the same problem occurs. I need an urgent fix for this.
