ROBLOX: Unfair Trade Rules, Broken Captcha And Support Ignoring Users

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent changes and the way the Star Pets service is being operated. A site that was previously a convenient tool for players has turned, after the latest updates, into a buggy and user‑hostile platform where basic rights and expectations of users are ignored. When trying to link my Roblox account, the system repeatedly shows errors, either claiming that the account cannot be found or that it is supposedly already linked. This problem has been going on for months without any real resolution, and it directly prevents me from using the service properly. On top of this, the new eight‑stage captcha has become a separate form of mockery. It forces users to spend up to ten minutes calculating sums on 3D dice and connecting wires, only for the site to reset progress or show a login error at the very end. Instead of protecting the platform, this captcha makes it almost impossible for legitimate users to log in and use the service. The new Swap trading system is also completely unacceptable. The same item is valued differently depending on who offers it. For example, I am forced to give my American Laser from MM2 for twenty‑three coins, while the exact same item offered by the site itself is already priced at twenty‑five coins. This looks like deliberate price manipulation and deception. Through such currency exchange tricks, the site effectively robs users, baiting valuable items away for cheap under the guise of “good deals” and “free godlies”. Customer support has also become useless. Requests are ignored for weeks, and when there is finally a response, it is just a templated brush‑off that does not solve anything and does not address the specific issues I describe. I demand the immediate removal of this ridiculous multi‑stage captcha, an end to exchange rate manipulation and unfair valuation in the Swap system, the restoration of proper, responsive customer support, and a return to a transparent, fair trade system similar to what existed before. If these problems are not addressed, I believe this bug‑ridden and misleading service should be completely shut down in order to protect users from further harm.
