Roblox Took My Premium Payment But Didn’t Deliver My 450 Robux This Month
I’ve been using my Roblox Premium subscription for a long time without issues. Every month, ₺170 is deducted from my account, and in return, I receive 450 Robux—until now. This month, the money was withdrawn as usual, but the Robux never arrived in my account. It’s been two days, and I’m still waiting.
This is the first time I’ve experienced a problem like this, and I’m very disappointed. I always receive my Robux on time every month, so I don’t understand why it suddenly failed now.
Roblox, I’m asking you to either refund my payment or immediately credit my account with the 450 Robux. We don’t find money lying on the street—every cent matters, and we expect reliable service in return.
Please resolve this issue quickly. I’ve been a loyal, paying customer, and this delay is unacceptable. I hope you take this seriously and fix the problem immediately.
