Roblox Account Stolen 3 Years Ago and Still Cannot Be Recovered
My Roblox account was stolen approximately three years ago, and I have been unable to access it ever since. There was no Robux balance on the account, but it contained various accessories and items that I had purchased with Robux. Being unable to access an account that I spent a long time building and developing has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience.
About two weeks ago, I submitted a support request through Roblox’s official support website. To prove that the account belongs to me, I provided all the information they requested, including purchase history codes, repeatedly and in full. I provided the approximate date range when I created the account, information about the devices and country I previously used to log in, the email address linked to my account, other account details, and every detail I could remember about past transactions. Despite this, the support team continues to give me nearly the same response each time, saying they cannot verify that I am the account owner, without clearly explaining which information is missing or insufficient.
At this point, I am left wondering what else I can provide to prove that the account belongs to me. They do not even tell me exactly what they expect from me. Even though I specifically state in every message that all the information I have provided is accurate, receiving the same standard response each time gives me the impression that my case is not being properly reviewed and leaves me feeling completely helpless.
I request that the Roblox support team thoroughly review all the information I have provided so far, clearly explain the verification criteria they use, and return my account to its rightful owner, which is me. I also ask that the account’s security checks be handled carefully, that I receive specific and informative responses instead of generic template messages, and that this situation finally be resolved.
