Rise of Kingdoms Commander Swap Error Due to Game Freeze

I play Rise of Kingdoms, and during the event on Friday, January 10, 2025, I encountered a serious issue. I had a Level 55 Janne d'Arc commander, but during the legendary commander exchange, she was mistakenly swapped for an old commander, 3rd Thutmose.

This happened because the game froze during the process, and the exchange was completed automatically. I did not initiate this swap, and it was entirely due to the game’s malfunction. I’ve invested significant time and effort into upgrading Janne d'Arc, and this issue has left me extremely frustrated.
