Riot Games Support Ignoring Refund Request – No Response for 18 Hours

I submitted a support ticket to Riot Games 18 hours ago, and still, no response. I purchased a skin and immediately regretted it, wanting to refund it so I could buy my favorite knife skin instead. However, it seems like Riot is deliberately delaying their response until the item I want is gone from the store.

Why is it so difficult to get a simple refund request processed? I shouldn’t have to wait indefinitely just to use my refund tokens on something I actually like. Riot, answer my support ticket now! Players shouldn’t be forced to wait while missing out on limited-time items. Fix this issue!
