I Can’t Submit a Valorant Support Ticket to Request a Used Skin Refund

I’ve been trying to contact the Valorant support team, but the ticket submission page simply doesn’t work. Every time I go to the support form, it only shows the first dropdown box. After selecting a category, the rest of the form just doesn’t load, no matter how long I wait or how many times I refresh. I’ve tried using different browsers, clearing cache, and even attempting from another device, but nothing works.

I specifically want to file a ticket to request a refund for a skin I accidentally used. I know Riot’s policy allows skin refunds under certain conditions, but I can’t even get past the first step because the support system is broken.

It’s incredibly frustrating that I’m stuck with something I don’t want because I can’t reach support. Riot Games needs to fix their ticket system immediately. Players shouldn’t be blocked from support like this. Please help me submit my ticket properly and resolve my issue.
