If someone made a duplicate purchase by mistake on Riot Games, they can request a refund easily through Riot’s support platform. To do so, they should follow these steps:
Go to the official support website: support.riotgames.com.
Log in with their Riot Games account.
Click on “Submit a request” (located at the top or bottom of the page).
Select the game where the purchase occurred (for example, League of Legends or VALORANT).
Choose the category “Purchases and Refunds.”
Fill out the form with the following information:
A clear description of the issue (explain that it was a duplicate purchase made by mistake).
The approximate date of the purchase.
The name of the item or the amount of RP purchased.
Any available proof of payment.
It is recommended that the purchased content has not been used, as this increases the chances of a refund.
