Reuters Trade Refuses Withdrawal and Keeps Charging Fake Fees

I have an investment of a little over $5,000 that is currently blocked on the Reuters Trade platform, and I am unable to withdraw my own money.

Since May 24, 2023, every time I attempt to withdraw my funds, they demand unreasonable “fees” in order to supposedly process the withdrawal. After each payment, instead of releasing my money, they introduce new charges and never complete the withdrawal. Even after paying the requested amounts, my balance remains blocked on the platform.

They are now asking for an additional payment of approximately 5% of my investment to “release” the withdrawal. I am located in Brazil, and they have also blocked my access to the platform, which frequently changes its web address to avoid detection. Currently, the only way to contact them is via email.

In their last email, dated September 24, 2023, they claimed that I needed to “update my access” to the site and that this would require yet another fee. I consider this practice abusive and unjustified, as I have already paid previous charges and still cannot access my funds.

I request that my investment of over $5,000 be fully released for withdrawal without any additional or fabricated fees. I also request that my access to the platform be restored, or that a clear and final solution be provided so that I can recover my money.
