Unauthorized Deduction: Seeking Refund From Resumecoach
I recently discovered that Resumecoach deducted money from my account without my authorization. I initially paid one dollar for access to a CV sample and a 14-day service period, but they did not inform me about any automatic deductions thereafter. They withdrew thirty dollars without notifying me, which I consider to be an illegal action. I have since unsubscribed from their site and am seeking a refund of the amount taken, which is equivalent to nearly two days' worth of work for me.
