Resumaker.ai Charge Disputed As Unauthorized Credit Card Payment

I live in Sri Lanka and I was unexpectedly charged Rs. 5,990 by Resumaker.ai on 25.08.2026 via my People’s Bank credit card. I was not clearly informed about such a charge and I do not know what specific product or service this amount was taken for. I did not knowingly approve or consent to a Rs. 5,990 payment, and I consider this an unauthorized or unclear extra charge. This situation has caused me financial and emotional distress, as I cannot see a transparent explanation for this deduction. I kindly request that the Rs. 5,990 taken from my People’s Bank credit card be fully refunded and that any related subscription or automatic payment, if created, be cancelled immediately. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why this amount was charged.
