I recently discovered that my HNB Sri Lanka bank account has been charged monthly by a service called Rusumaker.ai for an amount of $29.70, even though I am not using this service and did not knowingly subscribe to it. These charges have been going on for a long time, and the total amount deducted has now exceeded $1,000. I am currently living in Egypt, while my family is in Sri Lanka, and I only became aware of these deductions after they had already continued for many months. I do not remember ever registering for Rusumaker.ai or agreeing to a paid subscription, and I do not use this service in my daily life. For this reason, I consider these ongoing withdrawals from my HNB account to be unauthorized. I request that the Rusumaker.ai subscription linked to my HNB Sri Lanka account be immediately cancelled and that all unjustified or unauthorized charges, which are now over $1,000 in total, be refunded to me. I also kindly ask HNB Sri Lanka and Rusumaker.ai to investigate how this subscription was created and charged for such a long period without my clear knowledge or active use. I expect written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that the refund process has been initiated for all improperly taken payments.
