New Renault Duster Shows Major Turbo Issues Within One Month

I have been using my new Renault Duster for about a month, and since I started driving it, I have been experiencing serious issues related to the turbo. The vehicle is showing all kinds of turbo-related problems, from loss of power to unusual noises, which has raised serious concerns for me in terms of both safety and quality.

Because of these issues, I took my vehicle to the authorized Çanakkale Saruhan Renault service center. After inspection, I was informed that the turbo and several other parts would need to be replaced. Although these repairs are covered under warranty and I was not charged, I find it unacceptable that such major components need to be replaced in a brand-new vehicle.

Due to these problems, I request a full refund of the vehicle price, as I purchased a new car with the expectation of reliability and not major mechanical failures. My vehicle license plate is 17 AIU 298.

I ask that this issue be taken seriously and that my grievance be resolved accordingly.
