Necvox Multimedia Problem With Ankara Renault MAIS Service

I purchased a Renault Clio from the Ankara Renault Mais dealership and decided to have a Necvox multimedia device installed at their service center to avoid warranty issues. Unfortunately, the device has been painfully slow since day one. I found it puzzling because my other car, purchased at the same time, didn't exhibit this issue. Despite raising this concern multiple times with the service center, they didn't document it until the 2-year warranty period was almost over. During each service visit, they merely updated the software and suggested that we "give it another try" with no resolution in sight. Despite my numerous reports to both the service center and their headquarters, no effective solution has been offered. At this point, I have little faith that they will address this problem. My purpose in sharing this experience is to help others who might consider buying cars or seeking service from this dealership, hoping to spare them from similar ordeals. It's worth noting that cars purchased from this dealership may not be entirely trouble-free.
