My 2013 Renault Clio 1.2 Turbo's Fuel Filler Flap Fell Inside

I own a 2013 Renault Clio 1.2 Turbo Icon, and the inner fuel filler flap has fallen inside the fuel filling pipe. After researching, I discovered that this is a common problem for many owners. When I contacted the authorized Renault service center, they informed me that the fuel filling pipe cannot be replaced individually and must be replaced along with the fuel tank, costing around ₺40,000. Shouldn't a chronic issue like this be resolved under goodwill? Can Renault provide information and assistance on this matter?
