Realme 12 Screen Blackout Issue Persists Despite Service and Software Update

I have been experiencing an occasional screen blackout issue with my Realme 12 smartphone. The problem has been ongoing for some time and occurs randomly, without any specific trigger.
To resolve the issue, I took the device to technical service under the warranty and insurance plan provided when I purchased it from Media Markt Mark Antalya. The service only performed a software update and returned the device to me, but the screen blackout problem continues.
My product is still covered by warranty and insurance. When I contacted Media Markt customer service, I was only redirected back to the service center, and no alternative solution was offered.
Since the issue persists, I request either a refund or a replacement device. I expect this problem to be permanently resolved.
