Realme 12 Pro 5G Not Working: No Update Released

I purchased a Realme 12 Pro smartphone in Türkiye from Teknosa for approximately ₺20,000. I specifically chose this model because it was promoted as being compatible with 5G. After 5G service was activated in Türkiye on 1 April, I checked my phone’s settings and realized there was no menu or button anywhere on the device to enable 5G. Following this, I contacted Realme several times both through this platform and via email, including Realme Global, and also reached out by phone and email to the authorized contacts in Türkiye. In these communications, I was told that an update would be released as soon as possible and that, with this update, the 5G activation option would appear on my Realme 12 Pro. About 16 days ago I received the same information again, with the statement that they would release an update soon, but since then there has been no concrete progress, no visible step taken, and no clear, detailed information shared. At the moment, I cannot use 5G on a phone I bought as “5G compatible”, and I am very disappointed that the commitments given have not been fulfilled. My request is that the software update that will solve the 5G activation problem for the Realme 12 Pro model be released without any further delay, and that users be informed in a clear and transparent way about the process and timing.
