I ordered a 256 GB Realme 10 over the phone, expecting it to be a high-quality device. When the package showed up, the phone seemed identical in color and look, but the storage capacity and IMEI number were totally different from what was listed on the invoice. The device I got was just 128 GB and had noticeable scratches on the camera, plus a few other flaws. I promptly sent it back in the original packaging, making sure to clearly outline the problem. So, after having the phone for about 10 to 13 days, they said that the IMEI of the device they returned was not found in their system. It's baffling how they can send me a defective product and then turn around and accuse me of tampering with it. This whole situation left me feeling really uncomfortable and tricked, like I was being accused of something I had no part in. It's absolutely mind-blowing that a company would ship out a faulty device and then just wash their hands of it. I really thought I could trust the site, but now I'm regretting it big time. Just want to give a heads-up to everyone to be super careful, especially when it comes to buying expensive phones.
