Realme 12 Lite Deleted My Contacts Repeatedly and Needed Repair on the Second Day

I purchased a Realme 12 Lite from Teknosa on December 22, 2024. Two hours after installing my contacts and other apps on the device, my contact list was deleted. Thinking I might have done something wrong, I reinstalled it, but it was deleted again three to four hours later. Despite resetting the device to factory settings, the issue persisted. This happened three to four times in a single day. I requested a return for the device, but they sent it to service instead. They claim it has been repaired. How can I trust and use a brand-new device that needed repair on its second day? I regret buying it and demand a refund.

The information that the device did not have a manual was not provided. If I had been informed that the Google manual was used, I would not have purchased the device.
