I bought the Realme C75 (8GB RAM, 256GB storage) just 3 days ago, and I’m already extremely disappointed. According to the technical specs, the phone is supposed to have a 50MP camera, but in reality, the photo quality feels no better than a 16MP camera—grainy, low-detail, and not at all what was advertised.
Beyond the camera, the phone is surprisingly heavy, and despite having decent RAM and internal storage, it lags frequently. Even basic operations cause freezing, and the touchscreen responsiveness is poor. There’s noticeable input delay, and the overall user experience is frustrating.
Frankly, I’ve seen unofficial/gray-market phones perform better than this. It's shocking to see such poor performance from a supposedly modern device. Realme needs to explain why the camera quality and performance fall so far below expectations.
I’m asking for either a firmware update to address the performance and camera issues, or a full refund/replacement. This device isn’t living up to the specs listed, and it’s not worth the ₺ I paid. I urge Realme to take this feedback seriously and deliver a product that matches its promise.
