Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Hissing and Audio Drops Blamed on Synapse Software

In February 2025, I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headset from the MediaMarkt store in Kayseri. The product is still under warranty; however, I have been experiencing a severe audio issue for approximately 4 months. Low-frequency background noise (hissing) occurs periodically, and whenever I install the Razer Synapse software, the audio constantly fluctuates, cuts out, and drops.

I have not used the headset heavily, and it has suffered no impacts, drops, or external damage. I used the product carefully, exactly as it came out of the box, which leads me to believe it broke down on its own. This issue negatively impacts both my gaming experience and daily use.

I request that MediaMarkt and Razer inspect this headset—which remains under warranty—and replace it with a new Razer BlackShark V2 Pro under the scope of defective goods. I am ready to share my invoice and warranty details when taking the product to service or upon request. I ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
