Rajabets Not Verifying My Documents
I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I have been having with Rajabets and to warn other users, as well as request an urgent resolution. I am from India and I requested a withdrawal of INR 15,000 on 6 June. However, my withdrawal has still not been processed and my account verification documents have been kept in pending status for weeks. Rajabets informed me that my account is under a security check, even though I have already uploaded all the requested documents. For about three weeks now, my documents have not been approved and the withdrawal has not moved forward. Despite this, there has been no meaningful update or clear explanation from the company. During this period, I have contacted customer support several times, but they have stopped responding and I have not received any email or in‑app notification regarding the status of my verification or withdrawal. This long delay in both verification and payment, with no communication, is unacceptable and seriously damages user trust. As a user, I expect timely verification, transparent information, and prompt processing of withdrawals. I request that Rajabets urgently review my account, complete the verification process without further delay, and process my pending INR 15,000 withdrawal as soon as possible. I also hope the company improves its communication and processes so that other users do not have to face the same problem.
