Purisaki Unauthorized Monthly Charges – Request Subscription Cancellation
I live in Israel and some time ago I ordered slimming patches from the website Pursaki.com. After this purchase, the company began to charge 106 shekels from my card every month, although I no longer want to receive this product or continue any subscription. On 13 May 2026 I noticed another withdrawal and contacted the company via WhatsApp, asking them to stop charging my card. In response they sent me a link that was supposedly for cancelling the subscription, but when I clicked on it I could not actually cancel anything and the charges continued. I am asking Pursaki.com to immediately stop any further withdrawals from my bank card and to cancel any subscription or automatic payments linked to my details, so that no more money is taken from my account.
