Our Puma Snow Boots' Soles Have Softened
We purchased two pairs of snow boots from Puma as a family seven years ago. Since we only wear them in the snow, they see at most two or three uses a year, and in the last three years, they've been untouched. However, this year, upon wearing the boots, we noticed that the soles leave black marks with every step, resembling the impression of heated soles. It's not just an occasional mark; these stains appear consistently, making it tedious to navigate. The soles of the boots seem to have melted. Frustrated with this unexpected outcome, I contacted 0850 755 19 48, and they mentioned it's been a year, and there's nothing they can do; suggesting to take them to a shoemaker. This situation is disappointing and doesn't align with the quality we expected from the Puma brand. Even older boots from different brands in my collection seem to be in better condition. It appears there might be a manufacturing defect, something unexpected from a reputed brand like Puma. I have never encountered such issues, even with older products from brands considered less reputable. The boots seem to leak a black substance resembling gum from their soles. Quite perplexing! This experience has left me hesitant to buy Puma products again.
