Pull & Bear Jeans Show Thinning and Damage After Just Two Washes

The smoke-gray colored denim Pull & Bear pants I purchased through Trendyol in November developed noticeable thinning and deformation on the sides of the pockets after the second wash. Even though I've used the item quite rarely — only about twice a month — running into such a problem in such a short time has seriously shaken my trust in the product's quality.
Regarding this problem, I tried reaching out to both Trendyol and Pull & Bear repeatedly through various channels, but no one responded and I received no follow-up whatsoever. This has caused both a loss of time and increased hardship on my part.
The order number for the item I purchased through Trendyol is 10688036617. I am requesting that the pants be examined for a manufacturing defect and, if found to be faulty, that the product be exchanged. I kindly ask that my situation be resolved as soon as possible.
