I Need a Replacement for Pull&Bear Pants That Ripped Immediately

I purchased a pair of pants from the Pull&Bear store at Ankara Ankamall Shopping Mall on May 17, 2026, to wear during the holiday season. When I wore the pants for the first time on May 28, the fabric unexpectedly ripped on its own near the bottom of the pant leg. Since the pants were newly purchased, we had the damaged area repaired.

However, when I wore the pants again the following day, the fabric tore once more, this time directly next to the repaired section. This clearly demonstrated that the problem was not limited to a single area but was related to the overall quality and durability of the fabric.

After experiencing two separate tears within such a short period and with minimal use, I believe the fabric quality of this product is extremely poor. It is unacceptable for a newly purchased pair of pants to rip during its first use and then tear again immediately afterward.

For this reason, I am requesting a replacement for the pants purchased from the Pull&Bear Ankamall store. I also ask that the product be examined for potential manufacturing or material defects and that the quality of the fabric be properly evaluated.
