Proton VPN Charged Me After I Canceled My Android Subscription

I would like to report an issue with my Proton VPN Android subscription and an unauthorized charge. My subscription was scheduled to end on May 25, 2026, and I personally canceled it one day before the expiration date. Despite canceling before the renewal date, another $6 was charged to my account. I had already paid $6 the previous month, and I do not accept being charged again after canceling my subscription.

I make my payments through Google Play, and the email address linked to my Proton VPN account is i***********@gmail.com**. Since I canceled the subscription before it expired, being charged without my permission has caused me financial inconvenience and has made me question the reliability of the billing process.

For this reason, I am requesting a refund of the unfairly charged $6 payment. I also request that my Proton VPN subscription be fully canceled, including any automatic renewals connected through Google Play. In addition, I ask Proton VPN to review my account and take the necessary steps to ensure that this issue does not happen again.
