If PostNL marked your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, follow these steps to try to locate it:

Check the delivery details first;

• Open the Track & Trace page for your parcel
• Look for notes such as:
– “Delivered to neighbour”
– “Delivered to parcel locker”
– “Left at front door or safe place”
• Delivery notes can show exactly where the driver left the package.

Ask neighbours or building staff;

• PostNL drivers sometimes deliver to a neighbour if you are not home
• Ask nearby neighbours, reception, or security in your building.

Check nearby PostNL pickup points;

• If delivery failed, the parcel might be at a PostNL service point
• Use the tracking code to see if it was redirected.

Contact the sender and PostNL;

• Report the missing delivery to the sender (store or seller)
• The sender usually needs to open an investigation with PostNL because claims are filed by the sender.
